Responsibilities
- Define and evolve global medical capability strategy and a multi-year roadmap
- Establish a framework for assessing capability implementation progress
- Cook up a global rollout of medical capabilities
- Identify and prioritize initiatives for capability deployment
- Enable teams to optimize processes and communicate insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
- MBA preferred
- Experience in capability development and process optimization

$154,500 – $226,600 annually
