Senior Director, Global Medical Capability Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global medical capability strategy and a multi-year roadmap
• Establish a framework for assessing capability implementation progress
• Cook up a global rollout of medical capabilities
• Identify and prioritize initiatives for capability deployment
• Enable teams to optimize processes and communicate insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
• MBA preferred
• Experience in capability development and process optimization

Pay

$154,500 – $226,600 annually
