Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies that support HP's Go-to-Market priorities, business objectives, and growth initiatives across global markets.
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership, Market Managing Directors, and senior business leaders to align communications with commercial priorities and organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing communications counsel based on business priorities, organizational initiatives, and local market strategies.
- Translate complex business strategies, priorities, and market dynamics into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding, alignment, and action among employees, customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead compelling external communications programs that strengthen HP's brand relevance, support revenue growth objectives, and enhance stakeholder confidence.
- Drive communications strategies that support market activations, commercial campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and key business milestones in partnership with Marketing and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Establish communications priorities, governance, and operating rhythms that improve consistency, coordination, and effectiveness across markets and regions.
- Leverage insights, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to measure communications effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies and programs.
- Lead a high-performing global communications team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, budgets, and resources to maximize business impact and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior business leaders through executive communications, strategic messaging, and thought leadership.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
Paid
- The pay range for this role is $190,950 to $305,550 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
- Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
