About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape global marketing direction for a regulated, international portfolio, with responsibility for aligning strategy, launches, and field execution across markets. The role will partner closely with commercial, product, and creative teams to strengthen portfolio positioning, enable sales, and drive growth. It is a highly visible leadership role that combines brand stewardship, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the marketing organization, ensuring cross-functional execution and talent growth.
- Set priorities and performance expectations, emphasizing accountability and operational efficiency.
- Develop portfolio strategy through market assessment, competitive analysis, and product prioritization.
- Own the annual marketing planning process, aligning plans with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Translate global strategy into actionable go-to-market plans and sales enablement tools.
- Oversee launch planning and execution, ensuring readiness and effective post-launch tracking.
- Direct creative services including digital content, graphic design, and trade show communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of commercial experience in upstream product management and downstream marketing.
- 5+ years leading medical device marketing teams within regulated environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing communications, agency partnerships, and educational programs.
- Proven track record in adapting global marketing strategies for local execution.

Pay
$210,000 – $230,000 annually
