Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Infrastructure Technology & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will oversee the strategy and execution of enterprise infrastructure across cloud, networking, security, data center, and end-user computing domains. The role will shape a resilient, scalable technology foundation that supports business growth, compliance, and operational excellence in a regulated healthcare environment. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure investments with enterprise priorities. The position also calls for strong advisory leadership, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure organization across multiple domains
• Establish architecture standards and governance across business units
• Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on infrastructure strategy and performance
• Own the enterprise multi-cloud strategy and lead cloud platform engineering initiatives
• Design secure hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity solutions
• Oversee data center operations and end-user computing to enhance employee experience

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, including 7+ years in leadership roles at the director level or above
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong strategic vision balanced with execution excellence
• Deep expertise in major cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or GCP
• Hands-on experience in enterprise networking and security infrastructure
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or healthcare
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance frameworks

Pay

$222,000 – $288,000 annually
