Work Model: Hybrid — onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

About the role

The Senior Director, Corporate FP&A will partner closely with the VP of Corporate FP&A and key Finance leaders across the organization to support enterprise financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes. This role will provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across Regal Rexnord, a publicly traded global manufacturer. This position requires a strong mix of financial acumen, analytical capability, business partnership, and process improvement mindset.

This leader will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, identifying trends and gaps, supporting annual and long-range planning processes, and improving the tools, reporting, and processes used to manage business performance. This role provides meaningful visibility across the organization and offers strong exposure to executive-level financial processes, including operating reviews, quarterly earnings preparation, Board meeting support, and strategic planning activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support VP of Corporate FP&A in their responsibilities and be capable to step in and back them up in all aspects of their duties where required
  • Lead a direct/indirect team of finance professionals as well as provide strategic FP&A guidance and support across the Enterprise finance organization and operating teams
  • Conduct and present complex financial and business analyses and research in areas such as Business Growth, Operations performance, Production Footprint analysis, Capital investment and rate of return, Working Capital opportunities, and Profitability improvement
  • Examine, analyze, and interpret financial data to determine trends and gaps within the results
  • Attend Segment President Operating Review meetings and support prep for the quarterly Earnings Releases and Board of Director meetings
  • Participate in the annual 3-year strategic planning and annual operating planning (AOP) processes including spreadsheet modeling and analysis
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis to assist in management decisions
  • Drive improvements in managerial reporting, budgeting & forecasting cycles, and leveraging OneStream to standardize and automate processes
  • Coach and mentor FP&A associates
  • Build successful partnerships with Corporate finance, Segment CFOs, and Segment FP&A leaders
  • Drive consistency and continuous improvements in processes and financial tools across the business, including leadership for the OneStream and BI implementations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 10-15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing experience and previous FP&A experience is a plus
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Advanced experience with Hyperion and/or OneStream
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to step in and help out on projects when necessary

Pay

Expected base salary range: $158,400–$246,700. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, physical worksite location, geographic market, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
