Senior Director Finance, GTM

We are seeking a Senior Director, Finance – GTM to own GTM financial planning and forecasting, focusing on customer acquisition economics, unit economics, and the financial drivers behind growth decisions. The role partners closely with go‑to‑market, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate new customer segments and support the launch of insurance products, using financial insight and performance metrics to improve growth efficiency and guide strategic decisions.

Location

Remote – US‑based candidates only (no visa sponsorship available).

Compensation

$191,000 – $300,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business.
• Lead initiatives to target new customer segments and launch insurance products.
• Apply financial insights to influence decisions on unit economics and operational expansion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance growth efficiency.
• Utilize data‑driven analysis to support strategic evaluations by leadership.
• Develop and track key financial performance metrics and share insights with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or consulting, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or strategic finance.
• 6‑8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a DTC or fintech company.
• Strong expertise in GTM unit economics and customer acquisition metrics.
• Proficient in communicating complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Previous experience in corporate development or business development is advantageous.
