Senior Director, Field Medical Excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Field Medical Excellence team
• Create a long-term roadmap for field medical capabilities across regions
• Develop and optimize annual budget for FME
• Drive consistency in field capabilities across therapeutic areas
• Lead forums for US decision-making on FM processes and best practices
• Maintain understanding of external environment for continuous improvement
• Partner with various departments to deliver integrated plans

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP-C)
• 10+ years of Medical Affairs experience
• 5+ years of field medical excellence experience
• Advanced leadership skills with 5+ years of people leadership
• Proven track record in a global environment across US, European, and Japanese markets
