Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and tactical excellence in facilities management service delivery
- Oversee operational budgeting and financial performance management
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop team talent through coaching and succession planning
- Ensure seamless collaboration and integration across JLL services
- Establish standards for operational excellence and ensure compliance
- Achieve performance metrics and maintain high client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of strategic and tactical Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) experience in financial services or technology
- Demonstrated success in transformational leadership and establishing standardized processes
- Prominent track record in recruiting talent and fostering an empowering culture
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and variance analysis
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
