Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Accounts (MUO)
Position Summary
The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Accounts (MUO) is an enterprise-facing sales and account management leadership role responsible for advancing Eventus WholeHealth’s strategy, relationships, and growth with Multi-Unit Operators (MUOs), enterprise partners, and aligned organizations. This role operates independently but cross-functionally, serving as the senior day-to-day steward of enterprise accounts and initiatives while coordinating execution across Sales, Clinical Operations, Finance, Marketing, and executive leadership. Success in the role will be defined by growth of Multi-Unit Operator business through wins of new enterprise accounts, additional penetration of existing accounts, and retention of existing accounts.
Qualifications
Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred advanced degree).
- 10+ years in enterprise healthcare strategy, corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, or complex account leadership.
- Enterprise sales experience in the LTC space at relevant clinical or technology platforms.
Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Serve as day-to-day steward of MUO and enterprise growth priorities aligned to corporate strategy
Identify enterprise expansion, integration, and pull-through opportunities
Act as primary sales and account management contact for assigned MUOs and enterprise partners
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives
Cross-coordinate across Sales, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Marketing for enterprise accounts
Ensure enterprise commitments translate into executable activation and expansion plans
Support development of repeatable enterprise engagement and account models
Develop detailed understanding of the clinical and economic drivers at the large enterprise
Develop a consistent, repeatable value proposition for MUO customers
Assist in structuring and deploying shared savings arrangements with MUOs

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures pertaining to the job.

- Promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Perform the job duties with integrity and professionalism.
Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures.
Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Training And Education
Participate in all assigned training.
Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.
Risk Management And Incident Reporting
Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.
Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
