What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and execute the sales strategy that will transform local businesses with AI agents.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win with enterprise customers.
  • Attract and retain top sales talent.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
  • Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations.
  • Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level.

What You Should Have

  • SaaS sales experience required.
  • Strong background in Enterprise outbound sales.
  • 3+ years of selling or leading in the Enterprise space.
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to train and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the Role

This role is required to be in office 5 days per week in our Lehi HQ.
