What You Will Be Doing
- Own and execute the sales strategy that will transform local businesses with AI agents.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship in strategic selling, pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to inform our broader strategy to win with enterprise customers.
- Attract and retain top sales talent.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and implement a winning go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
- Guide key strategic deals and lead complex negotiations.
- Develop, track, and manage sales forecasts, goals, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting at the rep and team level.
What You Should Have
- SaaS sales experience required.
- Strong background in Enterprise outbound sales.
- 3+ years of selling or leading in the Enterprise space.
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to train and develop talent.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive decision-making and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
