About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to help grow and deliver RGP’s Digital CFO practice. This leader will play a critical role in developing client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering cutting-edge EPM / CPM / Digital Finance solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across finance modernization, cloud-based planning and reporting tools, financial data analytics, and automation technology. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone energized by innovation, technology, and client success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the build-out, launch, and growth of RGP’s EPM / CPM service line within the Digital CFO practice.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to CFOs and finance executives on enterprise performance management technology, finance transformation strategy, and performance management operating models.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of end-to-end digital finance engagements, including EPM / CPM current-state assessments, roadmap development, vendor evaluation and selection, implementation readiness and optimization, technology adoption, and post-implementation value realization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with select EPM / CPM platform providers and alliance partners, covering both established enterprise platform providers and emerging technology start-ups (e.g., OneStream, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Planful, Vena, Abacum).
  • Originate, shape, and support pursuit of new EPM / CPM opportunities across strategic accounts, priority prospects, and new logos. This is a seller-doer leadership role with defined annual sales and delivery targets to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Develop client-ready points of view, thought leadership, proposal content, and go-to-market materials that boost eminence and differentiate RGP in the EPM / CPM advisory market.
  • Contribute to practice operations and workforce planning. Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment to assist EPM / CPM capability development.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting with a strong focus on EPM advisory services, finance transformation, and digital CFO technology programs, with extensive experience leading large, complex programs and global engagements.
  • Big 4 or tier-1 middle market consulting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success selling and delivering advisory services, exceeding revenue targets, and building a sustainable pipeline.
  • Experience designing digital finance service offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that drive profitable growth and scalability.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, articulate complex finance-technology concepts in business terms, and position RGP as a strategic partner to the CFO.
  • Deep expertise across EPM transformation lifecycle; cloud-based reporting; FP&A modernization; financial close automation; and finance data analytics.
  • Functional understanding and proven delivery experience across EPM platforms including OneStream, Anaplan, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc., is strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of emerging technology trends in the Office-of-the-CFO function. AI-fluent and data-driven with a passion for leveraging finance technology, automation, and analytics to reimagine the modern finance function.
  • Proven ability to attract, inspire, develop, and lead global teams, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, boards, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional designations such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or PMP are a plus.

Pay

Base Pay Range: $187,000 - $234,000. Additional Incentive Compensation available.
