Enterprise Performance Management Director

About the role

This finance leader will have responsibility for the successful requirements gathering of complex financial reporting processes and governance including supporting other continuous improvement initiatives of our consolidation platform (Tagetik) and enterprise reporting and planning environment (SAP Analytics Cloud [SAC]).

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor and remediate finance reporting system issues in harmony with IT
• Manage and govern enterprise structure and related chart of account change requests
• Develop and maintain finance standard reporting
• Prioritize and execute on a program of finance data gathering and reporting projects
• Create the vision and strategies for actual, plan / forecast and long range planning reporting
• Create and govern required reporting
• Establish financial standard reports to assure “one version of the truth”
• Create Master Data Management (MDM) Change Control processes (for entities, profit centers, cost centers, chart of accounts, standard reporting formats among others)
• Establish links between various transformation initiatives and business strategies
• Contribute with financial specific expertise in establishing a governance program
• Support acquisition integration efforts
• Provide direct oversight for the management and prioritization of key projects and milestones
• Ensure overall project/program quality assurance
• Drive improvements in core financial processes such as close/consolidations, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting
• Foster continuous improvement mindset to drive change, improve access to critical information and enhance decision support capabilities across finance

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or years of equivalent experience
• Additional Education Preferred: Master's degree
• Required Work Experience: 15+ years of effectively leading large, complex programs with significant change impact across organizations, preferably in finance
• Required Technical Skills: Deep hands-on experience with Tagetik or similar consolidation platforms (OneStream, Hyperion FCCS, BPC); Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or comparable enterprise reporting/planning tools
