Senior Director - Digital Workplace

For a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a Senior Director – Digital Workplace to lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for Digital Workplace practice
• Build a robust pipeline that meets revenue and margin goals
• Partner with Microsoft and sales teams on workplace transformation opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead the evolution of Digital Workplace offerings and methodologies
• Ensure solutions integrate key aspects like governance and security
• Oversee strategic Digital Workplace engagements and delivery success

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, or related fields
• 8+ years in leadership roles in consulting or systems integration
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, and modern workplace technologies
• Experience in enterprise workplace transformation and consulting services
• Strong executive communication skills connecting technology to business outcomes

Pay

$160,000 – $200,000 annually
