Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology leaders to set digital transformation strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of management experience overseeing team performance
- 6+ years leading large-scale technology initiatives and business transformations
- Proven ability to partner with leaders on enterprise-wide digital initiatives
- Strong communication skills for strategic formulation across technical and functional levels
- Demonstrated innovation and team development capabilities across diverse teams
- Experience with process improvement and major vendor negotiations
