Senior Director, Digital Marketing (Hybrid)
Job Overview
The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing Director, Digital Marketing, will lead global strategy across eCommerce, web, social media, and marketing technology platforms. The Director will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet/exceed Hubbell’s business objectives.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience; or the equivalent of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology or a related field of study. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing corporate web properties and assets and working across a large matrix organization
- Experience managing and building geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with E-commerce program implementation and management
- A collaborative and innovative spirit with a strong desire to continually improve and expand the enterprise
- Ideal candidate would have electrical and/or utility industry background
- The ability to work independently in delivering high quality work and capable of effectively collaborating with global, cross-functional teams as needed
- Proven ability to successfully build, coach, motivate and inspire a diverse team, high performing team
- Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, project management and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment
