Our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing to drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand.
About the role
You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: New York, NY. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, AEO, paid media, and CRO
- Define and implement AEO strategies using AI answer engines like ChatGPT
- Oversee and optimize paid media investments while ensuring MQL and SAL metrics are met
- Manage the website as a conversion-driven asset, enhancing UX and messaging for efficacy
- Build an AI-powered digital marketing organization and enforce proficiency standards
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance marketing engagement and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the team
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B digital marketing with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Expertise in AEO and GEO strategies for AI-driven visibility
- Hands-on experience with GA4, paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Ability to connect digital spend to pipeline outcomes and understand attribution
- Experience scaling AI tools across teams and developing workflows for others
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Executive-ready communication skills, able to translate metrics into business impact

Pay
$200,000 – $270,000 annually
