Senior Director, Development – College of Pharmacy
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase funding for the college.
- Oversee fundraising campaigns and events to raise awareness and support for the college’s initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to secure grants and donations.
- Manage donor relations and stewardship efforts to maintain and grow relationships with key supporters.
- Monitor and analyze fundraising data to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proven track record in fundraising and development with a focus on higher education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse groups and communities to broaden the foundation’s reach.
- Knowledge of grant writing and compliance regulations.
Required Education, Experience and Benefits Summary
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in development and fundraising roles.
