Senior Director, Decision Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the centralized Decision Analytics function across marketing, revenue, product, and finance
• Set vision and operational standards for Decision Analytics at the company
• Transform reactive reporting into proactive decision-making using data insights
• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to senior business stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration across the organization, aligning team capabilities with business needs
• Engage in hands-on leadership by supporting the team on complex analyses
• Drive change management during the transition to a centralized analytics model

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics or data science, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS business
• Proven ability in hiring and mentoring high-performance teams
• Experience scaling centralized or hybrid analytics functions for diverse business units
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics throughout the customer lifecycle
• Comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution
