Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Development (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to define and enhance corporate strategy and priorities
• Lead strategic planning cycles aligned with market realities and industry shifts
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities
• Develop rigorous business cases assessing fit, viability, and execution risks
• Conduct in-depth market research and deliver clear recommendations to executives
• Drive high-priority initiatives from concept to execution across business units
• Cultivate strategic relationships to foster alignment and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, market development, or related field
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development with a knack for problem structuring and influencing without authority
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills for turning complexity into actionable insight
• Pioneering track record in leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong executive-level communication skills across written and verbal forms
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Pay

$141,600 – $283,250 annually
