Responsibilities

  • Define and develop company-wide compensation strategy and philosophy
  • Lead design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs
  • Manage equity as a strategic asset, focusing on retention and performance
  • Own job architecture and global pay infrastructure across multiple geographies
  • Drive merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles to align with compensation philosophy
  • Act as the compensation partner to CFO and CHRO for cost modeling and budget analysis
  • Stay ahead of industry changes through market monitoring and peer relationships

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years in compensation with substantial experience in leading compensation functions
  • Deep expertise in incentive plan design and equity program development
  • Proficient in managing complex equity compensation frameworks and financial modeling
  • Strong financial acumen suitable for partnership with CFO
  • Global operational expertise respecting diverse labor laws and compliance standards
  • Builder mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of compensation programs
  • Excellent executive communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly

Pay

$239,300 – $358,900 annually
