Responsibilities
- Define and develop company-wide compensation strategy and philosophy
- Lead design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs
- Manage equity as a strategic asset, focusing on retention and performance
- Own job architecture and global pay infrastructure across multiple geographies
- Drive merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles to align with compensation philosophy
- Act as the compensation partner to CFO and CHRO for cost modeling and budget analysis
- Stay ahead of industry changes through market monitoring and peer relationships
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in compensation with substantial experience in leading compensation functions
- Deep expertise in incentive plan design and equity program development
- Proficient in managing complex equity compensation frameworks and financial modeling
- Strong financial acumen suitable for partnership with CFO
- Global operational expertise respecting diverse labor laws and compliance standards
- Builder mindset with a focus on continuous improvement of compensation programs
- Excellent executive communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
