Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the compensation strategy and philosophy for the organization
  • Design and evolve bonus and long-term incentive programs connecting performance with outcomes
  • Manage equity as a strategic asset, partnering with Finance and Legal on program strategies
  • Oversee job architecture and global pay structures across multiple geographies
  • Lead merit and equity refresh cycles as demonstrations of the compensation philosophy
  • Serve as the main compensation partner to the CFO and CHRO on modeling and reporting
  • Monitor market trends and legislative changes affecting compensation practices

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years in compensation leadership, with experience owning compensation functions
  • Expertise in designing complex incentive and equity programs
  • Fluency in equity compensation mechanics and employee education
  • Strong financial acumen at the CFO-partner level
  • Global experience navigating various labor laws and compliance frameworks
