Responsibilities
- Define and lead the compensation strategy and philosophy for the organization
- Design and evolve bonus and long-term incentive programs connecting performance with outcomes
- Manage equity as a strategic asset, partnering with Finance and Legal on program strategies
- Oversee job architecture and global pay structures across multiple geographies
- Lead merit and equity refresh cycles as demonstrations of the compensation philosophy
- Serve as the main compensation partner to the CFO and CHRO on modeling and reporting
- Monitor market trends and legislative changes affecting compensation practices
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in compensation leadership, with experience owning compensation functions
- Expertise in designing complex incentive and equity programs
- Fluency in equity compensation mechanics and employee education
- Strong financial acumen at the CFO-partner level
- Global experience navigating various labor laws and compliance frameworks
