Job Summary The Senior Director, Communications will lead communications strategy and serve as the senior writer for Trimont Global and its family of brands. This role will shape clear, consistent, and audience-centered messaging across internal, external, executive, brand, and change-management communications. The Senior Director will translate complex business priorities into compelling, inclusive, and accessible content that strengthens stakeholder confidence and supports enterprise growth. This person will partner closely with the Managing Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications and collaborate with leaders across the business to support brand architecture, integration, employee engagement, thought leadership, and executive visibility. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, business fluency, curiosity, and exceptional writing skills, with the ability to create thoughtful communications for diverse teams, regions, brands, and audiences. Key Responsibilities Lead communications strategy for Trimont Global and its family of brands, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, inclusive, and aligned across internal and external audiences. Serve as the senior writer and editorial lead for executive communications, company announcements, thought leadership, brand content, and other high-visibility materials. Develop and manage an integrated editorial calendar that supports leadership communications, employee engagement, brand priorities, and enterprise initiatives. Advise leaders and business partners on message development, audience needs, timing, channel selection, and stakeholder considerations. Lead communications for major initiatives, including business transformation, brand launches, integrations, acquisitions, organizational changes, and enterprise programs. Create and maintain messaging frameworks, editorial standards, brand language, and processes that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency. Partner with Marketing, People and Culture, business lines, regions, and corporate functions to create communications that support culture, engagement, client experience, and market visibility. Strengthen Trimont’s external reputation through executive thought leadership, digital content, industry articles, newsletters, podcasts, and other market-facing communications. Manage multiple priorities with discretion, calm judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of communications experience, including internal and external communications in a complex or global organization. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communications strategies in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills. Experience creating content for digital platforms, including LinkedIn and other executive or brand channels. Strong strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Ability to collaborate across diverse teams, functions, regions, and leadership levels with sound judgment and discretion. Proficiency with communications and content tools, including Canva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft applications.
