Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation for various industries
- Assess current operating models and identify improvement areas
- Design future-state architectures using advanced technologies
- Advise executives on modernization aligned to regulatory and decarbonization goals
- Develop and optimize tailored supply chain strategies
- Lead demand forecasting and balance service reliability with cost objectives
- Mentor and develop team members while contributing to practice growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in supply chain consulting or transformation roles
- Prior consulting firm experience at Senior Manager or Director level
- Strong business development experience with client engagement
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Proven capability in assessing and designing future-state solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Successful leadership of cross-functional teams in client-facing environments
