Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain transformation efforts in various industries including Consumer Goods and Energy
- Assess current-state operating models and identify improvement opportunities
- Design future-state architectures using advanced planning and predictive analytics
- Advise executives on supply chain modernization strategies
- Develop optimized end-to-end supply chain strategies
- Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management initiatives
- Mentor and develop consulting team members
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or large-scale transformation roles
- Prior experience operating at the Senior Manager or Director level in a consulting firm
- Demonstrated business development expertise, identifying opportunities and shaping solutions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and performance gaps
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
