Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for various industries
- Assess current-state operating models and identify improvement opportunities
- Design future-state supply chain architectures using advanced technologies
- Advise executives on supply chain modernization aligned with strategic objectives
- Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies
- Implement supplier risk assessment and continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or large-scale transformation roles
- Experience in a consulting firm or similar internal consulting role at a managerial level
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Proven ability to design future-state solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay
$200,000 – $250,000 annually
