Senior Director Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms Suite Lead

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for the Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms team aligning with enterprise priorities
• Define a scalable, centralized data operating model for commercial data governance and quality
• Establish commercial data standards to ensure scalability and reduce fragmentation
• Align commercial data processes with governance frameworks for quality and lifecycle management
• Manage budget and resources to maximize impact across capabilities and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Analytics, Technology, healthcare, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in data management, data platforms, data strategy, analytics, or related domains
• 5+ years of experience in pharma with a focus on data enablement, data platforms, or commercial data management
• 6-8 years of experience leading people and managing high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of commercial data operating models, governance, and quality management

$224,000 – $336,000 annually
