Senior Director, Clinical Product Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Director, Product Manager, will define the strategic direction and roadmap for UR and CM solutions across Xsolis’ healthcare platform. This role will partner with clinical, product, data science, and commercial teams on solutions to increase the value that Xsolis brings to its customers. This would include but not limited to the use of AI capabilities into our workflows that improve efficiency, decision-making, and patient outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products, informed by customer needs, competitive insights, and business objectives.

  • Lead the application of predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes within health system workflows.

  • Define, measure, and analyze success metrics to inform prioritization, guide product investment, and align cross-functional teams around business outcomes.

  • Own and support product planning activities, including business requirements, business cases, functional design, competitive analysis, prototyping, testing, training, validation, ROI analysis, forecasting, pricing, and profitability.

  • Drive adoption and value realization by monitoring post-launch performance and making ongoing product improvements.

  • Represent Xsolis’ capabilities with customers, prospects, partners, and at industry events and conferences.

  • Identify growth opportunities across Xsolis by applying existing capabilities in new ways to drive innovation, expansion, and market differentiation.

  • Drive cross-functional enablement activities (sales, support, value realization) to support growth of new products.

  • Commercialize products and capabilities to enable them to become key revenue and growth drivers in the product portfolio.

Education

  • Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Clinical license and direct clinical experience preferred. AI experience highly desirable, specifically generative and agentic AI. Experience 5+ years of Product Management experience. 10+ years working with clinical systems, including EMRs. Experience applying predictive, generative, or agentic AI in a clinical or healthcare setting. Familiarity with mid- and back-end revenue cycle workflows, with emphasis on authorization and pre-authorization. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Commercial teams. Ability to understand technical problems, evaluate solution approaches, and translate them into product requirements. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage the right people at the right time throughout the product development process. Experience gathering and translating Voice of Customer insights into product priorities. Clearly articulates customer needs and translates them into feature designs, development priorities, and business tradeoffs. Evaluates product performance against customer needs, business goals, and value realization. Communicates effectively with both business and technical audiences, verbally and in writing. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative cross-functional environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.

Working Environment And Travel Requirements

  • Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.

  • Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.

  • This role requires travel to our home offices in TN for training.
