Senior Director, Chief of Staff - Card Servicing Shared Services

About the Role

This role will lead HR service delivery with a focus on consistent operations, employee support, and scalable people processes. You will partner across HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to modernize core HR processes while improving the experience for employees and managers within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Shared Services leadership team
• Prioritize the leadership team agenda on key areas like goals and budget
• Act as a central point of contact for the leadership team and key partners
• Understand organizational strategy to influence decisions effectively
• Lead strategy for Associate Engagement initiatives
• Create scalable processes for managing operating rhythms with leaders
• Develop relationships to act as a helpful thought partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• 7+ years in project management, human resources, or strategic planning
• 7+ years managing stakeholders across various business functions
• 7+ years leading cross-functional projects
• 5+ years of people management experience

Compensation

$269,600 – $307,700 annually
