Senior Director, Capital Projects

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Senior Director, Capital Projects to oversee a portfolio of construction initiatives from early planning through successful delivery. The role partners closely with executive leadership, stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to define scope, manage procurement, and drive execution while providing oversight of project compliance, budgeting, and team development.

Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from inception to delivery.
• Lead project planning meetings to define scope of work and specifications.
• Manage procurement by submitting bid requests and evaluating proposals.
• Ensure project compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project budgeting and manage financial communications.
• Maintain strong communications with executive team and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage team members through effective recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management.

Compensation

$105,000 – $135,000 annually.
