Senior Director, BTS AI Strategy & Product

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to create technology strategies that support business goals, including AI and data capabilities.
• Build a collaborative partnership with technology and functional domain vice presidents.
• Responsible for comprehensive technology, AI, and data product solutions that address prioritized business problems and innovation needs.
• Objectives are defined in collaboration with senior AbbVie leadership and results assess from a 35-year perspective, including value delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and 15+ years of experience required.
• Proven ability to effectively connect employee and BTS functional goals to business and/or overall AbbVie goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive outstanding employee performance and engagement through developing, coaching, motivating, energizing, and inspiring team members.
• Experience managing teams of at least 20 people with a resource mix of managers, employees, matrixed teams, virtual teams, contractors, and managed service providers.
• Ability to communicate problems in terms that are understandable to all levels of the organization, including C-Suite.
• Thought leader for AbbVie in their business and technology domain(s).
• Experience managing a budget of at least $20 million.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise AI, data, and digital transformation strategies.
