About the role
This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape and champion CSI's brand strategy to define company positioning
- Serve as the steward of the CSI brand, establishing and enforcing brand standards
- Lead public relations strategy, managing proactive and reactive communications
- Direct content strategy and editorial calendar for owned channels
- Lead social media strategy to grow audience, engagement, and share of voice
- Provide creative and design leadership across all brand touchpoints
- Build, lead, and develop a multi-disciplinary brand team to foster collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, corporate communications, public relations, or marketing
- Experience leading creative, communications, or brand teams in a B2B technology organization, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced environment

Pay
$150,000 – $180,000 annually
