Senior Director, B2B Media Strategy

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of integrated B2B go-to-market media strategies
• Optimize multi-channel media efforts to drive measurable revenue
• Develop advanced audience targeting strategies leveraging martech and data
• Conduct operational assessments and recommend scalable solutions
• Align sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue flow
• Facilitate client performance reviews by combining media insights with strategic recommendations
• Mentor team members in media strategy and operational design

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in B2B media strategy and campaign management across multiple channels
• Proven record of connecting media strategies to measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with key analytics and ad platforms, including GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills for performance data interpretation
• Expertise in audience segmentation and campaign execution using ABM platforms
• Proficient in operational consulting frameworks for digital marketing effectiveness

Pay

$150,000 – $175,000 annually
