Senior Director, Attendee Excellence & Event Technology
About the role
Reporting to our Chief Client Officer, you'll provide strategic leadership for Nteractive's global Attendee Excellence & Event Technology function, shaping how thousands of attendees, sponsors and exhibitors experience our clients' events every year.
Responsibilities
Lead and evolve Nteractive's global Attendee Excellence & Event Technology function.
Define the strategic vision and roadmap for attendee, sponsor and event technology experiences across all client programmes.
Build trusted client relationships and drive innovation that positions Nteractive as a market leader in attendee experience, sponsorship technology and digital event solutions.
Work closely with our Sponsorship Leadership team to ensure seamless integration of sponsor, exhibitor and partner experiences into the attendee journey.
Own the strategic direction of Nteractive's attendee and event technology ecosystem.
Collaborate with Client Services, Creative Studio, Production, Event Services and Sponsorship teams to create seamless end-to-end experiences for sponsors, exhibitors, partners and attendees.
Identify opportunities to expand Nteractive's sponsorship technology capabilities and develop new technology-enabled services for clients.
Requirements
Significant leadership experience across attendee management, event technology or event operations within a global events agency or corporate events environment.
Extensive experience delivering complex global event programmes.
Deep knowledge of registration, housing, event websites and attendee management platforms.
Experience integrating sponsorship, exhibitor or partner technologies into wider attendee platforms and digital experiences.
Experience working with technologies such as RainFocus, Cvent, Passkey and similar enterprise event platforms.
Strong understanding of UX, digital experiences, event communications and customer journeys.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.
Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
Excellent executive stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
Confidence translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement and scalable delivery models.
An interest in AI, automation and emerging event technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum broadband speed of 25MB download / 2MB upload.
Willingness to travel internationally throughout the year (approximately 20–30%).
Flexibility to work across global time zones when required.
