Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Transformational team to implement impactful AI initiatives
• Serve as an internal champion for AI, assessing business processes and recommendations
• Evaluate AI vendor landscape for alignment with business goals
• Manage a small team and ensure compliance with departmental objectives
• Establish an AI intake and prioritization framework in line with technology initiatives
• Lead prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring transparency with leadership
• Collaborate with leaders to align roadmaps and mitigate risks and conflicts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• 10+ years in technology leadership and transformation roles
• Proficient in AI tools and large language models
• Experience in driving AI initiatives in medium to large organizations
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on actionable initiatives
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset and strong business acumen
