Senior Director, AI/ML Engineering - Remote , MN preferred

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Build and scale the AI/ML engineering function supporting enterprise AI transformation
• Lead a team of AI/ML Engineers to deploy AI solutions across the enterprise
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
• Deliver reusable AI capabilities and internal developer platforms
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform processes via AI
• Guide the technical vision and execution of advanced AI architectures
• Ensure data quality and implement governance strategies for seamless AI integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML engineering
• 5+ years managing software engineering teams, leading 15+ employees across Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience deploying AI solutions from prototype to enterprise production
• Ability to redesign business processes using AI technologies
• Established data quality and governance strategies for AI adoption
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript necessary

Pay

$203,200 – $348,400 annually
