This is a remote role based in the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in Minnesota. Hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. areas may have office requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the AI/ML engineering function
• Lead a team of AI/ML Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and platforms
• Focus on safe and responsible use of AI
• Deliver reusable AI capabilities and internal developer platforms
• Create engineering accelerators and shared UI frameworks
• Establish agent-ready data strategies
• Achieve measurable business outcomes
