Responsibilities
- Develop omnichannel digital media strategies and plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Build and deliver clear, compelling media plan presentations for both internal and client teams based on strategic media frameworks and clear, actionable KPIs.
- Present and defend your strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with external platform partners and work directly in-platform to craft thoughtful, data-informed media recommendations.
- Plan and execute across Programmatic, Social and Search Channels (including AI Search).
- Collaborate with Awareness Media and Shopper Media Subject Matter Experts to develop integrated, omni channel recommendations and plans.
- Partner with Media Buyers and Analysts to ensure flawless campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
- Translate performance data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate on tagging and measurement strategies to ensure accurate tracking and performance evaluation.
- Communicate ongoing campaign results, optimizations, and learnings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive ongoing media innovation by staying current on emerging platforms, new techniques, consumer behavior trends, industry insights, and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience planning and buying digital media across a range of platforms.
- Hands-on experience buying within paid social, Google Ads and programmatic platforms (The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Experience with Shopper Marketing and RMN activations a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution (or equivalent professional experience).
Skills/Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Paid Social platforms preferred.
- Exposures to media planning tools including MRI/Simmons and Media Radar.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong detail management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this Syracuse, NY-based position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. The final offer will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, abilities, and geographic location, along with other business and organizational considerations.
Schedule
This position will be based out of our Syracuse, New York or Rochester, New York offices, or Remote.
