About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Community Manager to drive engagement and cultivate meaningful relationships within our online communities. You will take ownership of community growth and health while ensuring all interactions reflect our brand values and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook Groups.
• Develop engagement programs, discussion prompts, and community events that increase participation and retention.
• Respond to community members, moderate discussions, and escalate issues according to brand guidelines.
• Partner with content, social media, and product teams to align community initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Produce regular reports on community metrics including growth, engagement, and sentiment analysis.
• Identify emerging trends and community feedback to inform product and marketing decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in community management or social media.
• Strong experience managing communities on multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and execute community engagement programs that drive measurable results.
• Familiarity with community management and social listening tools such as Khoros, Sprinklr, or similar.
• Excellent written communication skills with a knack for building rapport at scale.
