Senior Development Accountant

The client are an affordable property and housing company based in Englewood Cliffs (NJ) that are looking for a Senior Development Accountant to join the team. You will be reporting directly into the Director of Development Accountant, and will mainly focus on the end to end preparation of the draw packages.Client DetailsThe client is a leading developer and owner of affordable housing communities, specializing in LIHTC, Section 8, mixed-income, supported housing, and HUD-regulated developments.
