Responsibilities
- Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of Archer IRM applications across SaaS and OnPrem environments.
- Configure and enhance Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications, data-driven events, and access controls.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Archer solutions and partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, GRC super users, and stakeholders.
- Support Agile sprint delivery, including requirements refinement, configuration, testing, UAT support, defect resolution, release planning, and production deployment.
- Develop and maintain integrations and data feeds with systems including ServiceNow, Workday, MuleSoft, Qualys, JavaScript, and Ariba.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, support application availability, and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant GRC technology or Archer experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Archer configuration/development experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, fields, layouts, calculations, notifications, reports, dashboards, access roles, and data-driven events.
- Experience working in Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user stories, testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and release readiness.
- Strong GRC process knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into practical Archer solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience supporting both Archer SaaS and Archer OnPrem environments.
- Utility or other regulated-industry experience, including familiarity with NERC CIP, NERC 693, TSA, NIST CSF, SOX, third-party risk, or enterprise compliance.
- Experience with Archer integrations, APIs, data feeds, data imports/exports, bulk updates, reporting, or workflow automation.
