About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of applications within an Azure SQL and Oracle environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex applications using .NET and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
- At least 5+ years of broad experience working with enterprise-level development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases (or equivalent relational databases).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET (Core and Framework), C#, and modern full-stack development practices.
