Priori transforms how legal teams find, engage, and manage outside counsel, connecting them with the right talent at the right price for any need. With over a decade of experience partnering with legal teams, we provide access to flexible talent, a global law firm marketplace, and cutting-edge software for managing law firm panels and legal RFP workflows. Our software is designed to improve efficiency and transparency in legal service procurement and management.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development process. You will guide and contribute to the design and development of new features, help optimize and scale our application, and work within an agile development environment. As a leader in the organization, you will mentor other Engineers through pair programming and code review.
Responsibilities
- Plan and contribute to all phases of the agile development lifecycle
- Perform code review, mentor and support the work of other developers
- Ensure use of best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, and code standards)
- Integrate our code with that of third party APIs, including AI LLMs
- Test and maintain software products to ensure optimized functionality
- Recommend and lead continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies
- Clearly and regularly communicate with the CTO, Engineering Manager, Engineering Team, Product Team, and external stakeholders
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure features

- 4+ years professional software development experience
