Senior Developer

Description Position Summary: The Senior Developer builds and delivers core platform services on native AWS. You will implement complex features, uphold code quality, mentor developers, and make effective use of AI-assisted development tooling across the SDLC. Requirements Non-Technical Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (1-2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required. Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to prioritize and self-start. Required Qualifications 7+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS Proficiency with modern languages/frameworks and CI/CD Experience with automated testing and secure coding Preferred Qualifications AWS certification Serverless / event-driven development experience Federal IT experience; AI-assisted developer tooling
