- Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
- Perform individualized workstation setup, configuration, upgrades, and data migration.
- Respond to, resolve, and document service requests using the City approved ticketing system.
- Support audiovisual and collaboration technology for City Council meetings and public hearings.
- Deliver end user training and technology refresher sessions.
- Assist with Right-to-Know RTK data collection support activities as required.
- Execute transitioning and transition out tasks under the direction of the Project / Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate documentation of workstation builds, troubleshooting steps, and service resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of deskside or desktop support experience.
- Strong customer service skills and experience supporting executive or government users.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting municipal or legislative office environments.
- Audiovisual and meeting support experience.
