(Senior) Designer (gn) Email Marketing I Fully remote

Your mission

Design emails that don't just look great, but convert - bringing brands to life visually while driving the retention results our clients rely on us for.

What you'll do

• Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands (incl. gifs & animations)
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Pro-actively look for design directions/inspiration
• Help our design team work smarter and better

What we're looking for (non negotiable)

• 2+ years of email design experience (portfolio required, non negotiable) in an agency environment
• Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles, etc.)
• Experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini)
