About This Role

We are seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to lead the visual design for InfoTrust, blending brand strategy with production excellence. The ideal candidate should balance visual design skills with a product mindset, using AI to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain InfoTrust's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all global touchpoints.

  • Create high-fidelity digital assets for web, social, and email, as well as complex print materials like packaging.

  • Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, components, and design systems, adhering to accessibility standards and usability best practices.

  • Use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Claude Design to streamline production while maintaining high design quality.

  • Organize and maintain design libraries, naming conventions, and versioning to facilitate smooth handoffs to developers and other stakeholders.

  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to freelancers and vendors, fostering a culture where design is valued as a strategic asset.

Requirements

  • Mastery of Design Operations, managing 10-15 high-quality assets per week with minimal oversight.

  • Strategic influence, viewing feedback as a gift and confidently guiding stakeholders with a deep understanding of visual fundamentals.

  • Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Proven experience maintaining brand books and identity systems for complex, international, or B2B organizations.

  • Understanding of UX principles and ability to synthesize usability findings into functional designs.

  • Cross-functional collaboration, effectively communicating complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot quickly as priorities change.

  • Bonus experience with motion design and After Effects, and deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA including contrast, focus order, and ARIA basics.

  • Experience working in mid-market startups or international B2B product companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including branding, user interface design, and print design.

  • Experience with AI tools and workflow optimization.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

  • Experience with motion design and After Effects.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
