About the role
Turner Duckworth is seeking a Senior Designer to join their San Francisco studio. This role involves diving into design projects, leading and contributing from concept through execution, inspiring and being the catalyst for creativity and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Dive into design projects, leading and contributing from concept through execution
- Inspire and be the catalyst for creativity and excellence
- Generate and develop a broad range of design concepts
- Solve creative problems, translate great ideas to impactful and captivating visuals
- Infuse cultural relevancy into your work
- Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into creative process while maintaining a high bar for craft and originality
- Collaborate effectively with your teams across different disciplines
Requirements
- A passion for design and culture
- Highly proficient in design, design systems, typography and/or packaging
- An open mind, adventurous spirit and proactive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability to explore broadly for different kinds of projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
- Pride in your work with a collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of production process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a design agency setting, preferred
- Multidisciplinary with experience in brand identity, design systems, and packaging
- Mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma is essential, bonus points for motion and 3D rendering skills
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with hybrid work schedule 3 days/week in-studio

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
