Senior Designer

About the role

The PrizePicks Creative Collective is seeking a talented designer who can quickly produce a wide range of assets for various campaigns, including campaign visuals, social content, product marketing, CRM, partner and event collateral. This role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand, social, and campaign design.

Responsibilities

• Create and animate campaign visuals, social content, product marketing, CRM, partner and event collateral
• Partner with teams such as Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and beyond
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling designs
• Ensure consistency and quality across all assets touched
• Build and maintain the PrizePicks design system
• Promote better design quality and craftsmanship

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio
• Motion design experience mandatory
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent sense of composition, layout, typography, and color
• Experience working within or developing design systems
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environments bring out the best work

Qualifications

• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Versatile, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work under pressure
• Collaborative, works well with other designers, copywriters, and creative directors
• Genuinely interested in sports and culture

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing range across brand, social, and campaign work
• Motion design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent sense of composition, layout, typography, and color
• Experience working within or developing design systems
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
