Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring and reviewing commercial deals to ensure alignment with company policies and margin targets.
- Support the quoting process and help establish and maintain pricing guardrails, tools, and templates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal to facilitate contract execution and resolve deal-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of deal desk processes, approvals, and exceptions.
- Monitor deal desk workflows in Salesforce and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Track and report on deal metrics, approval timelines, and compliance with pricing policies.
- Conduct pricing analysis to support strategic pricing decisions and competitive positioning.
- Maintain and update pricing models, rate cards, and discounting guidelines.
- Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder and leadership reviews and recommendations.
- Analyze historical deal data to identify consistencies, trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support scenario modeling and financial impact assessments for proposed pricing strategies.
- Work closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing and deal structures align with business goals.
- Collaborate with Legal teams on terms enablement, Master Service Agreement drafts, and special term compliance.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to implement and test workflow enhancements.
- Provide data and insights to support contract negotiations with OEMs, dealer groups, and dealerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Financial Analyst role.
- Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment preferred.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles is a plus.

- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing special contract terms, including non-standard clauses, amendments, and addenda.
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial risk, with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Ability to construct and model complex deal structures, balancing customer needs with company profitability and compliance.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes.
