Senior Deal Desk Analyst

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact between Sales, Legal, and Finance to expedite complex order reviews and approvals
• Consult with the sales team on deal structuring and revenue recognition to ensure customer needs are met
• Collaborate with Sales to create and manage quotes in Salesforce while applying policy expertise
• Handle internal escalations regarding policy exceptions from Sales and propose innovative solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the quote-to-cash process to minimize friction and operational challenges

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar roles
• Proven ability to collaborate with go-to-market teams and cross-functional departments
• Strong communication skills with a focus on transparency and professionalism
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business metrics/processes and complex deal structures
• Highly organized with a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
• Basic knowledge of revenue recognition rules
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or Data/Analytics

Pay

$100,300 – $118,000 annually
